Hello everyone and welcome to one of the very few investment opportunity firms that deals with using all of its stock proceeds to buy farmland!

We have all pondered the idea, especially all of us here in the midwest, what it would be like to be part of the farming community. Farming is a very big part of our whole worlds economy and LOTS of people peak an interest in it!

Before I go into large detail on how the investment of farmland stocks could benefit you, let me first explain how 3 young people decided to start Farmland Opportunities in the hopes of bringing the small-guy in on the farming gig while helping a %100 investor-owned company take off on its feet.

The company is fresh this year! We started in 2016 with high expectations for our small idea.

Farmland Opportunities is investor owned and is considered a market stock. When purchasing a stock, or multiple stocks through Farmland Opportunities, you will be sent certificates for your stock, showing proof of ownership of stocks, and proof of partnership on an ever expanding company that vows to keep the small-guy a part of the big picture. These stocks are, on average, $12 dollars a share, and gaining.

Each investor is treated equally to the last, no matter the amount of stock bought.

Our company is still small, BUT we have reached our $100,000 dollar investment goal as of December 22, 2016!
With this money our company is investing in its first set of live stock land. We will building the first SHAREHOLDER OWNED Hog site in May of 2017!
This is a very large stepping stone for our small company and we are aiming higher!

With the help of individuals like yourself and others, we can integrate the small-guy back into the farming community.

We do pay shareholders once a year, a certain percentage of money, depending on how many stocks they own and IF our company makes a profit that year. The profits will start next year as we come up to building day of our first hog site!

The key is working together to create a sustained corporate company that is owned by its shareholders. The more investments that Farmland Opportunities receives, the more the company will grow, thus giving the shareholder the advantage of making extra money each year just by simply owning these stocks.

Lets say you own around $10,000 dollars worth of stock and our company has a 10% profit margin for the year. You will be paid 10% of your net worth of investments in the company.

So that $1,000 dollars.

We are detected to making more then %10 profit margin, but none the less, your investment won't be for nothing.

One of the best advantages that Farmland Opportunities has for itself is that the company majors in hog confinements.
The hog confinements are contracted through various companies that pay Farmland Opportunities once every 3 months simply for contracting and raising their pigs.
The contractors also supply the workers for the barn(s) for Farmland Opportunities through their company.

Here is some figurative math.

If Farmland Opportunities builds lets say, one, 2400 head finishing site for pigs, and we are receiving $35 dollars per hog space each turn (2 turns per year), thats $84,000 dollars, twice a year.
That gives us plenty of room to hold back for barn expenses, investor percentages, etc.

Now. Imagine if Farmland Opportunities had 10 of those hog sites, all paid for up front by investors.
Sounds like instant profit for both the company AND the investor if you ask me.

Our plans are to make everyone some extra money in the long run with an Idea that never been used before!

641-640-5528 Is the best way to inquire or talk to a REAL, co-owner of this company.

We are not looking to play any games, or to "use other peoples money to our benefit".
But we are, however, looking to start a large corporate farm that is sole-owned by its investors.
